Graduated from a engineering school, starting in audit and consulting international firms, I have more than 28 years experience in transport and logistics. I have been in management positions as CFO and MD in group and companies covering almost all range of transport services such as freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, express courier, trucking, shipping and stevedoring.
Together with the MDs of France, Belgium and Holland, we took over the group through a LBO end of 2018, fully refunded after 3 years end of 2021.

After acquiring some years of experience at a forwarder I returned back to the agency & carrier side of logistics in managerial positions (both at 3rd party agency & a global carrier). The career “ladder” brought me to Naxco group in Belgium in 2013 & since 2019 as a managing partner at Naxco.

Graduated from high school, I started around 40 years ago in 1982 my career at Aseco and after that I have been working in several management positions at several shipping & forwarding companies. Around 20 years I am now working at Slavenburg & Huyser, first as Sales Director and since 10 years as Managing Director dealing with freight forwarding, 4PL supply chain, warehousing and liner agency.

Krzysztof BLAZEJEWSKI

My TSL adventure began after graduation bachelor English philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan.
I have been in TSL business for more than 25 years with experience mainly in forwarding and road & rail transport services starting from a forwarder position. Before joining Naxco Poland in May 2022 I worked in such companies as DFDS Transport, Otec Poland and Green Carrier Freight Services, taking positions of BDM and MD.

Thomas GERMIER
Business Unit Director Multimodal

Originally from the Paris area where he studied Logistics, Thomas GERMIER has moved to The Netherlands in 1999 and worked for different shipping Lines (deepsea and shortsea) where he mainly developed intra-European containerized intermodal networks. In 2018 he was appointed Managing Director of Naxco Logistics Benelux in Rotterdam where he leads a team of specialists providing container transport to/from France.

Yassine KECHKAR

He hold a bachelor in business (1998) and an MBA focused in international trade (2003) from the University of Central Oklahoma ( USA). He has served as an operations manager for one of the largest shipping agencies in Morocco til 2014 at which time he joined OCP group as the head of maritime operations before becoming the country / General Manager of our Moroccan branch.

Eileen has extensive experience in the maritime industry. Prior to joining TSL NAXCO, she held roles in Singapore and Shanghai with Singhai Marine, POSH Offshore and Jardine Shipping Services. Eileen graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore.

Over 20 years diverse finance experience within family and listed companies.– Holding senior posts across Finance, Accountancy and controlling and support functions. Leads the French International team.

Experienced across controlling and cash management, accounting, tax, M&A, consolidation & IFRS and Audit and Control
