Graduated from a engineering school, starting in audit and consulting international firms, I have more than 28 years experience in transport and logistics. I have been in management positions as CFO and MD in group and companies covering almost all range of transport services such as freight forwarding, logistics, warehousing, express courier, trucking, shipping and stevedoring.
Together with the MDs of France, Belgium and Holland, we took over the group through a LBO end of 2018, fully refunded after 3 years end of 2021.

I started my shipping career + 25 years ago in one of the bigger Antwerp shipping agencies. After acquiring some years of experience at a forwarder I returned back to the agency & carrier side of logistics in managerial positions (both at 3rd party agency & a global carrier). The career “ladder” brought me to Naxco group in Belgium in 2013 & since 2019 as a managing partner at Naxco.

Have more than 25 years experience in the shipping industry mainly container business.
I started my carrier with CMA CGM in Marseille before moving abroad in different locations : Egypt, Romania and Ukraine In 2014 I joined Naxco to set up a network for the port service activity before becoming the General Manger of Naxco in France.

Graduated from high school, I started around 40 years ago in 1982 my career at Aseco and after that I have been working in several management positions at several shipping & forwarding companies. Around 20 years I am now working at Slavenburg & Huyser, first as Sales Director and since 10 years as Managing Director dealing with freight forwarding, 4PL supply chain, warehousing and liner agency.

With over fifty years’ experience in the shipping sector, I acquired my knowledge by working for various shipping companies and customs declarants in Prato. This experience enabled me to deepen and broaden my expertise in the French market and to consolidate a vast network of business contacts and international correspondents, particularly in the fashion and luxury sectors. In 1994, I became a partner in Galardi SRL, actively contributing to the opening and expansion of the branches in France. I currently hold the prestigious position of Managing Director for Italy.

I began my career in the transport sector over 45 years ago. I initially specialized in land, air and sea traffic and customs procedures, before moving on to commercial functions. I became a partner of Galardi SRL in 1987 and, over the last decade, I have managed the Milan branch, where I set up new trades and inaugurated the logistics division. In 2010 I was appointed Director of the Galardi Norte branch in Portugal, and I am currently also Deputy Managing Director for Italy.

Chemical engineer with a degree from Kiev Polytechnic Institute and IAE Lyon, Petro has more than 10 years’ experience in management positions in industry, supply chain and business development for foreign companies, particularly French companies based in Ukraine.
I have over 26 years of experience in logistics. I joined Slavenburg & Huyser in October 1997 and started working in the Customer Service department for the carrier Senator Lines that Slavenburg & Huyser represented at that time.
Over the years, I gradually moved up in the company from supervisor of the booking desk to supervisor operations and finally manager operations and joined the management team of Slavenburg & Huyser.
From the 1st of February 2024, I will take the position of Operational Director and together with Thomas Germier I will be in charge of Naxco Netherlands.

Originally from the Paris area where he studied Logistics, Thomas GERMIER has moved to The Netherlands in 1999 and worked for different shipping Lines (deepsea and shortsea) where he mainly developed intra-European containerized intermodal networks. In 2018 he was appointed Managing Director of Naxco Logistics Benelux in Rotterdam where he led a team of specialists providing container transport to/from France. On February 1st, 2024 following the merge of Naxco Logistics Benelux and Slavenburg&Huyser, he has been appointed Managing Director of the new Dutch entity: NAXCO Netherlands.

I have 31 years of experience in the maritime business, working for 3 big independent shipping and forwarding companies. After my military service I started as an accountant in 1992 working for the Herfurth Group in Antwerp for 11 years, ending as chief accountant. Then I moved to De Keyser Thornton in 2003 for 5 years as financial director and afterwards from 2008 until 2018 I was group CFO for the Royal Burger Group in Rotterdam. Since 2018 back at the Naxco Group responsible for Belgium and The Netherlands concerning accounting, cash management, controlling, tax, reportings,… This job is since July also extended to Eastern Europe (Naxco Poland and Czech Republic).
